PERMANENT MAKE-UP

Don't have any eyebrows?  Can't put them on without your glasses, but your glasses are in the way?  Do they come out crooked or uneven?  Do your penciled brows wear off during the day?

For these reasons and many, many more, women all over are finding that permanent eyebrows are perfect for them.  From  providing a basic guideline for you to follow should you like to pencil them yourself, to total brow recreation, your technician can create you anything from a few hair strokes to fill those holes to dramatic fully colored brows that even your closest friends won't believe aren't your own.

Does your eyeliner smudge?  Does it wear off during the day?   Have trouble getting it straight or even?  Allergic to cosmetic products or your allergies cause you to re-apply several times a day?  Maybe your job requires that you go traditional make-up free.

More women everyday are finding that for the above reasons--and many more--permanent eyeliner is perfect for them.  Eyeliner can be applied in many styles and colors, from soft, natural-looking lash enhancement to a defined line--the choice is yours!   Whatever look you choose, you will wake up, shower, exercise, work, swim, and go to bed always looking your best.

Tired of re-applying your lipliner and lipstick over and over again during the day?  Do the current all day lipstick brands make your lips dry or chapped?   Would you like more definition, fuller lips, or to correct a crooked lip line?   Just wish you had back some of the color you had when you were younger?

If you've ever had that twenty dollar tube of lipstick melt in your purse, then permanent lip color may be just for you.  Lipliner can be applied to give more definition, correct uneven lips, or add fullness to the mouth.  The procedure also helps prevent lipstick from bleeding and can minimize the appearance of wrinkles.

Full lip color can be applied in either a natural hue or a more vivid one.  Wear your permanent lip color alone in a natural tone or apply different shades of lipstick over your permanent lip color for a more dramatic look--you will find that the color lasts all day.

THE MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT PERMANENT COSMETICS

1. What is Permanent Cosmetics?

Permanent cosmetics is the process of implanting color into the dermis layer of skin with the use of a specially designed and approved instrument.

2. How long does the procedure take?

Each procedure will take between one and two hours. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled for three to four weeks afterward.

3. I have very thin or sparse eyebrows. Will this look natural?

Yes. Permanent make-up looks more natural than eyebrow pencils. A hair stroke technique is used to simulate natural brow hairs or a soft fill-in effect can also be used, depending on your preference.

4. How long do Permanent Cosmetics last?

This procedure is permanent, although some clients will experience some fading and will choose to return for touch-ups. This is typically done after 3-5 years.

5. Is the procedure painful?

A topical anesthetic is used which makes the procedure far more comfortable than anticipated.

6. What colors should I choose?

There is a right color for everyone. We take into consideration your natural skin color, hair color and eye color. A soft, natural color is always preferred.

7. Will I have to take time off work?

No. There is minimum swelling and redness. Ice is used to reduce swelling and an antibiotic cream is used for several days.

8. Can I wear make-up after the procedure is done?

We prefer you wear no mascara if you have color applied to your eyes, and no lipstick if your lips are colored. The procedure site needs to heal for about 7 days.

9. What about sterilization?

Only single-use, sterile needles are used. All other equipment is discarded after use. All guidelines are strictly followed in accordance with OSHA & CDC (Centers for Disease Control.)
